If it was only Leavitt it would be one thing, but the penalties, turnovers, blown coverages and pathetic offensive run blocking tonight should give everyone pause for celebration. It’s not good. Yes we won, against a poor team. Ole Miss will take advantage of our bad performance.

Ole Miss struggled with Charlotte and gave up 322 yards. We gave up 140. Sure, it wasn’t pretty and we definitely have things to fix, but we will go into that game knowing Ole Miss has issues and weaknesses too.

64 first downs
1172 total yards
96 point

Through two games

Pair that with a defense that has given up a total of 285 yards & 24 points. When I factor in just the starters it’s probably onlyaround 100 total yards give or take 25yards and 6 points

We are not perfect but we are good and have a lot to improve on.

Leavitt doesn't have the chemistry with his receivers yet. I'm confident that it'll come.

100%. Dude I’m not sweating it at all. I’m just happy to watch the tigers play with a competitive coach who wants to win. We have the athletes to make things happen. This is a new team with a new coach. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was this offense. Give it some time and they’ll figure it out.

I think the most important thing about the last two games for OM is that they are consistent in how they give up so many yards on defense. LSU is consistent on how few yards the defense allows. Yes, it is a two game sample size-but we work with the data we have.

I have to remind myself of that often. Just have to let it slide and move on to the adult posters.

I think that was because of the defense LA Tech uses. I don't know if they put too much into scheming for it. It honestly looked like they though they're just gonna run whatever they wanted and they'll out talent Tech.

The starting defense has given up 3 points…
After a turnover.

Kiffin will hone his inner-Saban this week. Stating as such in the post game presser “maybe we needed this…I mean if we go out there and win 70-7, or something like that, do we see the issues next week?” This gives him leverage to get their heads right for what should be our toughest road game this year.

They’ve gained friggin 1100 yds in 2 games
LK said in his presser that OL had issues with Tech stunts.
I got frustrated like everyone but realized off needs to be better & sure coaches will work it out
Defense is unbelievable
I might end up eating these words but I haven’t seen a SEC team look like they can score 24 pts on us.
Next 2 weeks are big

Yeah man, Lane Kiffin and Charlie Weiss don’t know shite about offense. They fricking suck and so do our players.

Yeah man, Lane doesn’t know how to run an offense.

I guess there’s no sense in watching, then.
