I thought Van Buren would run more.

No back up if he gets hurt. That is what I was worried about when I heard Nuss wasn't going to play.
BTW, Atkins is just as bad as Sloan. 2nd and 1 and have to kick a damn FG. Where is the play action pass?

Van buren isn’t a dual threat all. He just has a little bit mobility than Nuss. He actually had -12 yards rushing his freshman year at State

Why? Did you not watch him last year. Did you not look up his stats when he transferred to us. Did you not listen to a multitude of posters who have repeatedly said he is not a dual threat QB.
