Clemson legitimately can’t afford the buyout. I don’t know how long they let him hold on if he refuses to bow out, but I would be beyond shocked to see it be mid season this year.

He has full control in his contract too. No GM unless he agrees.

I figured our Clemson win was not as impressive. I suspected they were worse than thought.
But hanging that many on a team is impressive.

The buyout increases next year. So if they're gonna fire him, it makes the most sense to do it this year. If money is really holding them back then it's going to be 3-4 years before they can move on.

They owe him $57 million Clemson boosters aren’t going to cough that up…they will let Dabo finish the season and have a graceful exit for all what he accomplished…

Did anyone see where they ran up to spike the ball but they had a wide-open guy with no one near him for 15 yards and they still spiked it instead of throwing for a touchdown? Then they kicked a field goal

They can’t afford his buyout but can they afford for him to drive them back into irrelevance? Wait 2 more years and Clemson might be gone forever as a worthy opponent
