I’ve seen Atkins. There is a reason he is a three star. He is under 6 ft under 200. He’s a good player, but there are reasons he’s a three star.

I hope he comes in and plays well.

I like it. Building strong team culture is just as important to get blue chip guys. You can get both from athletes and you'll reap the rewards later. LSU needed a purge of culture. It was bad under Miles and definitely didn't improve under O.

Yep. That’s one thing I’ll never forget is hearing Jamie Howard talk about what stood about Notre dame on their visit and he said “every kid in that locker room seemed to genuinely take pride in who they were playing for..:there was no look at me…talk of opting out…worrying about NIL….it was about the team and Notre dame”

If we can get kids who hold offers from USC, Oklahoma, Georgia, Stanford, Ole Miss, etc and have character that lends itself to being about the team then hell yea I can support that all day.

The field can take their kids who are busy getting their feelings hurt and pouting for a year, scared to play in the sec and only interested in themselves

Despite what some of the idiots here think you can recruit both athleticism and character. Looks like Coach Kelly is doing just that

Might be more applicable & easier to hide at a place like ND, with stricter admissions standards & an east coast/Midwest schedule
