Cecil Collins was never charged with sexual assault. He was arrested and charged with burglary, which did in fact get him kicked off the team. He ended up at McNeese but was kicked off that team when he was arrested for drugs.
In fact, Cecil Collins has the same rap sheet (burglary, drugs, probation violation) as Masoli.

Damn he is up to 6'5 and 245lbs now. Hell if he doesn't work out at quarterback we can move him to TE or DE.
