Zach Evans Final 5?

Now normally I wouldn’t start a thread about someone’s top 5/final 5 list, but this is pretty interesting right now. Zach Evans the #1 RB in the nation and the best RB in the country since Leonard Fournette imo just released his 5 schools. This is big because the 5 schools do not include Texas, or A&M. Very early on in his recruitment it looked to be a LSU and Texas battle. That faded into it being an all out Texas war between A&M and Texas. It went quiet on the LSU front with Evans and we have been talking about Milton or Mcclelan. Also the majority crystal balls shifted to undecided. Not saying we land him, but this has now become a very interesting dynamic and that’s huge he didn’t mention A&M or Texas.

He goes to the same high school that produced K'Lavon Chaisson and Eric Monroe. I think we have a shot here. And his QB, Dematrius Davis, is a class of 2021 and is a stud too (just a little on the short side).

Great post and very interesting, we def have a strong shot at landing this kid. North Shore is a great pipeline school for LSU.

He’s a package deal with George so whoever is in good position to land both will get them and right now it’s looking like Bama

You can rule out 1 of those schools depending on where Milton commits assuming it’s before Evans.

Very interesting. I wouldn’t count the Texas schools out though. There’s been really no hints as to where this kid is leaning.

No Texas anywhere in the top 5. Very interesting considering all the experts had him going there.
