Look, I know every school pays for recruits, but if a kid who is currently committed to LSU and sees the offense we're running is still on the fence, there is some really shady shite happening.

Boutte isn't going anywhere. Raymond will not let a kid close to his hometown go. He loves the offense/grew up an LSU kid. Rakim on the other hand, wouldn't surprise me if he flipped. Bama is losing all 3 of the WRs this years.

I think he is just enjoying the process. If you look at his retweets it’s LSU everywhere a lot more than Alabama stuff. I think it will help having him there with Jarrett too on their OV for the Arkansas game. Let it all work out. If I was a highly grade recruit I would take all my visits and get the red carpet treatment too even though my heart is with LSU.

There’s enjoying the process and taking visits then there’s openly saying that the school you’re currently committed to is 50/50 with their most hated rivals for your signature. That makes no sense at all. He also said he’s probably not gonna sign in the early signing period

You don’t want to say your 100% to a Rival certainly if you could be helping recruit for your team while you are there. These are kids we are talking about they know how to play the game and get what they want just like all kids do.

I want to go to Bama, but just in case they can’t fit me in the class, I’m committing to LSU early so I’ll have a spot.

I think Boutte is a lot more solid than is being portrayed, but let's not pretend like Bama doesn't have the more favorable depth chart and is about to get three WRs drafted with video game numbers just like us. It's never gonna be a gimme for these top guys, but we certainly are in a better position to win those battles now.

Jarrett seems more committed than Boutte imo. To be honest I really think Jarrett is taking his OV to keep Boutte under control.
