Moose Muhammad was notably absent during Texas A&M’s 13-10 loss at Auburn. The Aggies lacked difference-makers on offense, and Muhammad’s absence left a massive hole in the Aggies pass catchers.

During the game, the SEC Network crew of Tom Hart, Jordan Rodgers and Cole Cubelic reported that Muhammad’s absence was not injury-related. Following the game, Jimbo Fisher was asked about Muhammad not playing, and the Aggies head coach neglected to specify the reason other than it was an “internal issue,” according to Travis Brown.

Muhammad later spoke out on social media to “clear the air” of why he was benched.

“I want to clear the air. I was benched for wearing arm sleeves—something that my teammates and opponents wear frequently for protection. I apologize to my teammates and fans and looking forward to getting back on the field. Much Love,” Muhammad tweeted.

That was a rough personnel loss for Texas A&M against Auburn. Muhammad has been solid all season, and it limited quarterback Conner Weigman’s options on the outside.

Entering Saturday, Muhammad had recorded 30 catches for 441 yards and 3 touchdowns.

I'm not familiar with him. Is he a P.I.T.A.?

We have some good WR coming back next year with Nabers and Thomas JR, along with Lacey, Bech and Hilton Jr (if he gets Healthy) plus Sampson from Catholic HS-BR.

I think we have a good room with good chemistry and culture. If he hits the portal, I can see him going to UNC, he is from North Carolina, they have an elite True Freshman QB in Drake Maye that is already putting up big time numbers, seems like a great fit for Moose, gets to play near family at home and play for an Offense that is in this century, not Jimbo's.

Well, since he took to social media crying for attention because he got benched for wearing arm sleeves, I’m going to go out on a limb here and assume that’s only half of the story and he more than likely broke a rule knowing he was doing so, then paid the price for it which ultimately led to him crying out for attention on social media

So yes, I’d wager that he’s a PITA… at the very least he’s an immature as whole who doesn’t respect authority and can’t accept consequences for his actions

Not him. But there is some interest from another WR from AM.

With the departure of Boutte looming along with Jenkins do not be surprised if we get an chance with another highly rated prospect from jimbo and company.

Keep your eye on Evan Stewart.

Why do we want those cancers coming over here? That program is a dumpster fire as is much of the culture it has. Not saying he's directly a problem but I'd be very careful who to pluck off their roster. We have a loaded WR room next year especially with the incoming freshman. No need to piss them off.

You make a very valid point. I’m sure Kelly is going to be precise and make sure he knows what type players he’s getting once they transfer.

Remember, there were rumors that Daniels was not very liked around the ASU locker room but it turns out the other people involved were the problem. Sometimes players need some change in scenery.

Side note: WR room should be filthy

Thomas, Bech, Hilton, Nabers, Sampson (38th overall), Brown (55th overall), Lacy.
You add Stewart to that and it’s easily the best in the country.

In your response to Tigerbait1977 you replied that we don’t need those cancers!! The only player mentioned in his was Evan Steward!! Are you saying he’s not in those players that you were talking about?

Everyone in this thread is stupid.

HELL YES we’d take him. He is one of the best WRs in the SEC. Also the kid has no history of being a cancer. If he does turn out to be one, BK would quickly send him away.

Might as well

Muhammad is a sold receiver, but Stewart is the special talent there.
