What in the hell is wrong with the field? It looks soaking wet, but it hasn’t rained in 2 months. Did they dump a pile of sand all over it and paint it green?

They just announced it’s a sand field. Tennis courts have been doing this since the mid-80s

I pleasantly surprised thus far. Keeps his eyes down field. Seems very calm moving around the pocket. Goes through progressions. Seems more polished than I expected.
