Word out of Mississippi is he'll be at state, just wants to build suspense for his announcement. I'm not fully sold because no one said he actually silent committed to them yet though.

Barry Switzer was a legendary recruiter. A lot of shady things occurred in recruiting during his era and OU was in the middle of it. He was also a young energetic coach with a dynamic personality. However, he credits his focus on recruiting the mothers as the reason for his success. All the other coaches at the time would talk football with the fathers or HS coaches, but Barry recruited the mothers as hard as the actual recruit.
A lot more kids now come from single parent households, but the key has always been the mamas for many of these kids.
