I'm super confident that Joseph, Chase, and Surtain sign tomorrow. My confidence wavers on Goodrich pretty often, but I don't think we are out of it. I do think Foster is signing with FSU, so I have no clue where that last spot goes.

Am I missing something cuz I feel like it’s really only a 2 for 2.

The only 2 that are being confidently picked to sign with the tigers are Surtain and Chase.

I feel like Foster and Goodrich are more likely to sign with someone else than they are to sign with us.

Edit: I consider Joseph a done deal, the guy publicly shut down his recruitment.

Surtain and Chase are far from sure things. Will be very interesting to see how this shakes out.

Joseph is the only sure thing

I don't think any one year reflects on other years; each year is independent. there was an exception when bobby Bowden was ruling Louisiana recruiting and curly hallman didn't recruit well at all. archer either.

Very confident in Chase and Surtain both 90%+. Don’t expect Foster and Goodrich to commit but we will only have one spot left so let’s look at this as a great close and a quality class. We definitely filled the spots we needed most. Very well rounded class

My order of confidence is Joseph, Chase, Surtain, Goodrich, and Foster. I'm not very confident on the last two at all and after Joseph I am nervous.

We did win that 5 for 5, though.

Yes we did, but it is hindsight because no one "even you I would bet" didn't think we won at the time! Matter of fact most people thought it was an epic fail including most pundits at the time.

That day was a great day. WE CAN ONLY HOPE. We got Leonard Fournette and Jamal Adams.

Meh we missed on Speedy Noil, Gerald Willis, and Tony Brown.

It was a good day no matter how you measure it...

it's just 4 for 4. Only 4 spots open. Would like to see Joseph, Surtain, Chase, and either Goodrich or Foster.

Shoud be 4 for 4 right? with 4 spots left.

yes exactly. (either Goodrich or Foster have to be left out as we don't have 5 spots)

Seems like Tony Brown was the only one that was a huge shock when he signed with Bama.

yes he just choose the wrong school to get developed into a NFL prospect as a DB. If he had come to LSU he would probably be looking at a 1st or second round pick instead of a late round pick/FA selection. He had a lot of potential. Bama is great at getting the high school super star players but not so good at developing them.

Cmon man. They have multiple 1st rounders every year. They do OK developing kids.

Browns issues are his own doing. That said he is still expected to get drafted. Not every hs stud turns into a stud beyond there. We've had quite a few 5* busts as well.

I didn't realize so many people had connections. There are so many people in the know in this thread that I am about to cancel my 247 subscription.

In all reality, we ended up winning that in the end. Adams instead of hootie being the really big one. Of all the highly ranked guys we missed out on that cycle, many of them did not pan out or have yet to.

Other than Championship rings, you are probably correct.
