Who do you trust more: On3 or 247?

Obviously ESPN and Rivals are second tier recruiting sites.
But there seems to be more discrepancies between ON3 and 24/7 regarding rankings. In some cases, they're drastically different.
So which one do you put more faith in?
I'm assuming ON3 is quickly becoming the "go to" since that's where Shannon Terry is now, and he's basically created each service along the way.
EDIT: Trick question. You should all be putting your faith in christ

Whichever one ranks our commits higher

Neither. I trust CJJ.

I trust Brian Kelly and staff.
It seems scouting has gotten more spotty post COVID. Maybe fewer camps, fewer scouts at games now relying on highlight film. It just seems the disparity from services is wider.

they both rank players based on offers. So just follow the offers

I don’t know the answer to your first question but the answer to your last question is “YES!!”.

On3. The creator of 247 went on to create on3 and the better scouts and writers moved to on3

Shannon Terry’s business plan of essentially doing the exact same thing every decade with a new company confuses me.

On3. But that's probably because they tell us (LSU fans) what we want to hear more often.
It also seems like the On3 rankings are less reliant on a player's offer list compared to 247.

Rivals seems to have us ranked the highest of all three.
Funny how ESPN is pretty much non-existent in recruiting...

On3 & 247 are about equal...they both move players up & down in the offseason to create clickbait/web traffic. Recruiting suspense creates revenue.
Offer list dont really mean anything. Especially for most 3-star prospects... All offers aren't "committable" offers.

I take the approach of being wary of them. They all do what they think will help their bottom line. Which is perfectly fine from a business standpoint, but I have a hard time believing what they say is the gospel. That's not to say they don't have good insight, mind you.

Amen to your last question!
Every knee shall bow down to Him.

Seems 247 ranks the entire class and on3 just ranks based off star average
So if lsu had 10 four stars and 5 three stars, a school with only two recruits but 5 stars is a better overall class

On3 rivals and ESPN are wastes of space at this point

Easy breakdown, create web service, get subscribers, sell for $$$$$$, when non-compete clause from sales agreement expires, create a basically similar web service, poach old staff and subscribers, sell for $$$$$$, rinse and repeat.
