But he didn’t did he? Why dwell on it now? Every successful person in every profession will admit to having more than a few lucky breaks along the way. Why continue to make an issue out of that? You never “stepped over a snake “ in your life?

Hell, when it came to hiring qualified people I actually stepped on a lot more snakes than I stepped over. My ankles are full of snake bites.?? I am in no position to throw stones.

2020 and 2021 has to be the most obvious proof that a team playing as one is better than a bunch of superstar type’s playing for themselves.
We proved that drastically in those two years. Both years we were better after the guys that didn’t want to be here left. That includes guys that were injured but had sights on the nfl when they were healthy.
I’m sure there’s more nuance to it than that , but we definitely proved chemistry matters

Just my two cents but watching BK with the transfers mega haul of kids this year and how he handled the Boutte drama, dude bring in anyone you want to come. Kelly gets the big picture and I really think he gets “how” it works and can relay that to the kids.
