It’s making me nervous that he doesn’t feel strongly enough either way to make a decision yet. He had to be thinking about this for months already, right? Is he only considering the NFL or is he also hoping that a program like Oregon or USC will drop a bag for him at the last minute?

I have a bad feeling that we’re about to get screwed at the last minute again because of an individual player’s narcissism and belief that the world revolves around them. The LSU coaching staff needs to know his decision sooner rather than later so they can plan appropriately for next year.

Kindly frick off. It’s a legitimate question and concern to discuss.

Sorry that the very thought gets your panties in a wad

he waited 3 years on the bench to get to play for LSU, and you can't give him a couple weeks?

Bro you’re the one calling Nuss narcissistic when the season only ended less than week ago. You’re an idiot if you think the coaches don’t know already.

Nobody has any way of knowing that. I can guarantee you that everyone downvoting me right now will suddenly agree with me if he decides to leave or transfer.

I hope he remains another season. 1 season as a starter and believe another campaign will season him for the NFL. .where they ALL know how to play

Well, I know that the staff meets one on one with the players to discuss their options, possibilities of being drafted, possible draft position, etc.

Finals are next week here in TX. I don’t know when they are for LSU. He might put more weight on that than some of the others. There’s a lot going on.

I would expect that he has a good sense of what he’s going to do and the staff does too. They might be just waiting until either when he is ready or after finals if he finishes up in the next few days. But, he might be torn between both if he’s not a guaranteed first round pick. I’m sure there’s more than all that, but I’m just saying it depends on what he values. After all, he’s making plenty in NIL if he comes back. That’s a new wrinkle that those players have to consider when they make these decisions.

He is not on our timeline. He’s got to make the right decision for himself

You could be nicer. Look at my post. Rudeness is not necessary unless it’s an obvious troll

This is another reason that he might be taking his time to make a good decision. He has an NIL of 1.5 million. I’m not sure if that’s per year or overall. But, there’s no guarantee that he’ll be drafted higher next year. There’s no guarantee that he won’t get an injury. Any number of things. He’ll make the right decision for him

Exactly. Thank you, Smokin Joe Dumas. You’re one of the few who gave a legitimate, well-thought out reply instead of instantly becoming a whiny jackass.

Do you know what narcissism means? Get a dictionary.

You’re not going to flip this around on me like when people do when they act like you’re a bad guy too if you hit someone back in self defense.
