got a link or confirmed report about negative recruiting ?
when desperate to win and your job security is on the line, recruiters/coaches will throw shade hoping to influence 17-18 yr old kids. Most of the time it backfires in their face.

Recruiting is politics and campaigns spend as much time tearing down the opponent if not more than building up their own.

Welcome to the world of recruiting. Negative recruiting has always been a basic element of recruiting (and always will be), although some teams and some recruiters use it more than others. Nothing new here.

He said on his show they were talking about the sanctions and probation LSU received for paying players family through OLOL

Brandon Harris was calling plays in that Auburn game that weren’t even in the playbook. I’m sure he gave LSU all he had, he just couldn’t get it going. He transferred to NC and it was more of the same.
