I'm sure glad you don't do the hiring where I work.

I've done hiring and done it well.

Which makes sense given your take on his apology.

That interview was awkward and painful to watch. You know Evan's camp pleaded with ESPN to set that whole thing up.

Actions speak louder than words. You have to think how many times has that kid apologized just to the Northshore High School coaches. I just dont but it.

You’re exactly right. Someone who is genuinely contrite doesn’t feel the need to tell everyone they’re going to fix things. They shut their mouth and fix things without talking about it.

Well did Northshore win state?

Yes. Without Evans. He also missed half of the semifinal game taking the ACT he apparently bombed.

he was kicked off his HS team as well. It came off genuine. I’m going to get killed for this, but I still want him as a Tiger.

Yep you are a turd burglar that is for sure.

Don’t be fooled by the words, look at his actions. I am not saying this kid can’t make amends for his mistakes, I just don’t buy that he is excuses. Bottom line is this kid got suspended from his team not once but twice including the biggest game of the high schools season the championship game.

That proves he is a self absorbed immature child, do you really want that issue in our program? Nope let him be a cancer somewhere else, if it works out for them then great they dodged a bullet. I don’t want LSU to have to dodge bullets let’s go after recruits that aren’t full of themselves

Interesting how you can infer he was genuine and in your mind be correct, but with my opinion that he is not, makes me wrong.

Again, there wasn't one sincere apology to the High School coaches he argued with before the State Championship. He only spoke of what he was going to do in the future, not provide a sincere apology to his High School coaches. He continued to talk about how he would correct it is his future, but zero apologies to the coaches (only his teammates). That is not an apology. It's him talking about his future, not his past mistakes.

Everybody must of “pumped the brakes” that’s recruiting him.
Had to start begging with that apology.

You may not be able to “flunk” the ACT, but you can score so shitty on it that you don’t meet college admission standards.

What does any of this have to do with him not announcing for UGA tonight?

Unless he really couldn’t sign at UGA because of it. Very strange.

It’s graded, and certain grades are considered unacceptable depending on the standard set by a school, granting agency, etc.

Not meeting that standard is the definition of flunking.

Unless he argues with them too much. Then he will be interviewing at Sonic.

so getting a 34 on ACT, but not getting into Harvard because they want a 35 is flunking?

you can’t flunk the ACT. it’s a standardized test. you get what you get.

Although you might not technically be able to flunk the ACT, if I made a 4 on it, I'd be telling everyone I flunked it.

Thank God I made a 29 after boozing all night the night before. Still couldn't get into Harvard though.
