Lee signed in 2007, we didn't sign a QB in 06. On signing day in 07 you know all you have is RP after the 07 season.

Right, it threw me off when you mentioned the 06 season and then said we would only have JR/MF and RP after that.

I give Krag credit for being a much better recruiter than Crowton, which is not saying much, but he's also fighting the stigma LSU's earned itself the last 4 yrs. His recruitment of Keil was impressive, but the bottom line is he didn't sign. Even though it was out of his control, LSU has got to get results--regardless.

Krag hasn't signed anybody yet. For last year's improvement of JL, I give him credit. I hope he will find a keeper. If his son and Les' son get football scholly's it isn't a good sign.

Ponamsky today was swearing up and down today that 1/9 is not being used as a talking point during recruiting by other coaches.

Yea, he is either lying (understandable and excusable) or a fool (not excusable).

U can be sure the past 4 years are used as recruiting tools against us. Miles while a very good recruiter has seriously missed at QB. He was to stubborn to admit it. I can see him wanting to use both to win, but he should have kept the real leader Lee as the starter. I hope the batch we have now turns the trend around and I think it will at least with Mett. Miles has to quit his infatuation with the dual threat athelete at QB.IMO
