I'll give u guys a lil heads up...there's a kid coming from South Texas that just has 1 yr of football under his belt but made All-District and All South Texas as a 6-A placekicker and kickoff specialist this past year...he's at Kohel's camp this weekend and has blown away every kicker there..He will graduate in May and is going to be #2 in his class and wants to follow his parents whom are both Doctors...He will walk-on and will make a big splash this fall.

Need some more Aussie Rules kickers who've already had some professional training.

We can offer 5* punters and kickers.
Here's a guy who has no clue about recruiting rankings.

yea I thought kickers and punters were rarely rated over 2 or 3 stars by most recruiting sites

I don't know of a single punter or kicker ever ranked above a 3-star. Now it isn't like I follow it closely but you can go back and look. some years they do not appear to have any ranked. The years they do the top guy is a 3-star and a low/mid 3-star at that. The highest I think I recall recently is A&M's 2023 punter with a score of 0.8500. For reference, a 4-star starts at about .8900 and a 2-star around .7950.

They have Peyton as 0.833 this year. #1 in the country is the 63rd best player in the state.

Doesn't Burrell go to Byrd in Shreveport? I know we have the #1 and #2 kickers in the country here in Shreveport/Bossier City. The other kicker goes to Parkway. Sorry, I don't remember his name.

Crazy that they played each other this year.
#1 this year is from Lafayette. Good kickers from the boot.

Atkins not only could kick deep but he was fast and was solid tackler that saved long returns or touchdowns on a number of returns. He played with an edge as a kicker. Nice.

Being a punter and KO specialist is pretty darn cool. Let Cade save his leg for the big kicks.

Dibert was kicking off 80 yards in high school.
Bigger fatter ball. Big difference

It’s actually the other way around though exactly what you’re saying, Kohl’s makes everyone charting kickoffs use the NFL K ball that flies a mile. Point is that Dibert is a kickoff guy, his last camp results .
Burrell’s last camp results.
Both with 80 yard kickoffs.
