The LSU coaches aren't even on campus right now... they are out at AAU tournament this weekend

Thought that Barker was not interested in LSU. Some people on this board said she wanted a "black coach" and lots of NIL $$. Just repeating what some of you have said. Would be very surprised if she is in BR and interested in LSU. Why would Barker be in BR if Coach Kim and assistant coaches are out of town? Thought Coach Kim was finished with the portal.

Well to be fair in the NIL Era there are others who do the wine and dine type "recruiting" also. Maybe Gordon is treating her to dinner? The point is you just never know what the hell is going on these days.

Do you have inside knowledge she will commit to TX? Coach Kim and Redus are spending their valuable time visiting her, going to her games, etc. Kim spending her birthday going to Chavez game.

Redus was on a Live tonight on X talking about stuff. He said he couldn’t say officially what the tweet was about because it’s an NCAA violation but gave SEVERAL hints that it was Chavez. All 4 of LSU’s recruiting coaches were there watching her.
He also talked about if they were done in the portal. He said they aren’t reaching out for anyone, but were open if someone was a fit. He also said he sees all the comments about bringing players in and specifically said they can’t bring in people who don’t want to be at LSU. Guessing he was talking about Baker. He followed it up by saying they weren’t going to bring anyone in that would stunt ADR’s growth.
He mentioned the schedule as well and said we would have some games to be excited about with the NonCon part of the schedule when it releases, but he didn’t know when it would.

Is it a foregone conclusion that Seimone Augustus is coming back to LSU as an assistant? I feel like it’s just a matter of time for them to announce it.
