357, how concerned overall are you? I realize we have a GREAT core coming back, but IMHO to contend for NC next year we need at least 2 quality pick ups, and as you have said this does NOT have to be a true PG.

Uh no Kent is not, Flaujae is the most athletic on the team, she will be our best player next year, along with Morrow and Williams.

Kent is extremely athletic. I don’t know if she’s more athletic than Johnson, but it was pretty noticeable how quick she moved on defense. I think losing her is a little bigger of a deal than people are making it out to be, especially since we aren’t doing a whole lot in the portal.

You said in your post above Kent is the most athletic on the team. I disagreed and said Flaujae is the most athletic. Flaujae made a lot of shots that made highlight films. Kent had difficulty getting simple shots to go in.

I am going to have to give the HOF Coach the benefit here and say she would have kept Kent if she thought she could add anything to the program. I went to almost every home game and will be surprised if she ends up a starter at a big 5 school..ever. But of course wish her the best of luck and thank her for her time at LSU.

Y’all are using the word “athletic” in a different context than OP. Flau’jae is clearly substantially better at basketball. That doesn’t mean she’s substantially quicker and faster than Kent. That’s literally all that’s being said.
