How do you know? Just because he had numerous kicks inside the 20, how do we know he wasn't punting from the opposition's 45 yd line. That stat is ridiculous without context. Inside the 20 is not a big deal. Inside the 10 is an accomplishment in punting.

Have you watched any football this year? If it’s in that range and less than 4 yards to go, the offense is going to go for it, not attempt a “60 yard field goal”

Good job. I was just seeing if you were paying attention. Thorson's net average was 44 y/p while Ochsendorf's average punt was 40.2 y/p.
