Yeah, I agree. Like i said in my last post, Miami games are supposedly not that great of an atmosphere. Getting him here for a game would be imperative to getting his commitment I think. Hopefully he saw the game on TV and will enjoy his future visit.

I really hope he watched it on TV, because no matter where you were for the game, it was an impressive sight and one we really need him to see.

I heard a commentator say that the Miami game looked like only friends and family were in attendance.

That's good for us. Today was a day we needed Bridgewater paying attention to the two programs, hopefully he did.

Do any of you think there's any way Botts could go elsewhere? Since Wing is here, the punting should be in good shape in the future. That scholly would be put to much better use with a position player. If it looks like LSU still hopes to land Robinson, Rasco, Beckham, Mett, and those Florida players and maybe Raven and a few others & keep all the other current commits, will there be enough scholarships? Can Botts greyshirt?

Can Wing run the ball? We need a punter that can run.

This is what I think they will do. Obviously if we sign punters in three consecutive classes that someone isn't doing there job. I think Wing may not be the punter they want. So in there they may say to Botts that he might need to walk on and then compete for a job with Helton. So basically if Botts wins he gets a scholly offer in the next 2 years? That could really helps us to get the people we want. If we pulls Botts scholly we would have 9 spots left? Correct me if I am wrong.

1. Mettenberger
2. Jernigan (would compliment freak very well)
3. Drew
4. Rasco
4. G-Robinson
5. Maggitt
6. Bridgewater
7. O'Leary
8. Eli Rodgers
9. OBJ

I don't know that Maggit and Oleary are gonna come here without Brisset.

I doubt we get Jernigan and Drew. We would be lucky to get one or the other.

Helton was a JUCO transfer and won't be here next year. How can u say Wing isn't the punter they want if he hasn't gotten a single snap?

No, we signed botts because we thought wing wasn't going to be eligible.
