Any concern that we're having to settle for cbs who aren't elite? I know rankings can at times be just that, and kids can fly up with big sr yrs, offers,etc. Just seems odd when we will have 2-3 starting spots up for grabs next yr at cb, we can't get an elite kid to bite.
Dt- Reed seems like the only dt projected to us. Any concern over depth at dt? Roy (potential nfl with big yr), mason, guillory, missou kid being it on the roster.

I’m used to seeing lsu sign many 5 and 4 star cbs. Austin is the highest rated so far. But not even in the top 100.

I’m tired of this narrative. We’ve done much better with S recruitment (as we are again this year), but if you look at 247, in the past 5 years we’ve had the below 4 and 5 star CB signings from HS:
2022 - 1
2021 - 1
2020 - 2
2019 - 1
2018 - 0
So enough of this crap.

People are gonna tell you you're overreacting, but I get your point... im also use to us being in the mix for the elite corners (top 10 at the position). Guys that are immediately ready to contribute when they get here.

You have a different definition of what a “big board” is than me.
When I hear about a schools big board , to me, that means a board with every player ,at every position , ranked from 1st to last. That’s based on how the coaches see them

Well unless you work for Brian Kelly and have actual insight, then your opinion of a “big board definition” doesn’t mean jack shite.
