Bottom line Elleshoe, I've been going to these games since I can't even remember, and I'm anxious and excited to see new blood on the team, that's all. He did not impress me the 2nd half of the season, and especially against physical teams. With that said, Hamilton was a quality player I definitely think he could have us this year, but I'm looking at what's next.

pretty fair to say Hamilton did tend to disappear in games down the stretch when we really needed him. Odoh obviously isn't going to replace Hamilton's offensive production, but I think he'll bring more of a defensive and rebounding presence than Hamilton was.

I think Hamilton was worn the frick down. A guy like him with the guys we have now would be great. Depth so he wouldn't take such a beating.

This is for sure! I still envision a tougher player for this new team though. I have no idea what Jones is going to do, but the way he's talking I just can't help but see those good Arkansas teams under Nolan. "Run and Gun" and an annoying defense w/ physical players.

I think a more recent comparison would be Bruce Pearl's Tennessee teams. They were very up tempo and very often used a full court press which you hardly ever see.

JJ is making Trent look like a lazy sob in terms of recruiting. Lets get Pollard now.

If Hamilton even shows up against Kentucky in the tournament we might've won that game.

Making him look lazy? He was a lazy sob in terms of recruiting. JJ is just showing how inept he truly was.

I wonder what we would have been if we made this hire instead of TJ?

some guys just don't like to recruit, but if you're going to go that route you better put together a staff that can recruit like crazy, he wouldn't even do that much. His ace was Brent Scott who was pretty mediocre. Trent just didn't get it. Jones has made me hate Trent even more.

CJJ just texted jordy that he's been up all night recruiting.

Could the deaf dome actually be back next year?

How close exactly are you and Jordy? Did you wake up in his arms?

Did everyone already know Odoh led juco in rebounds and was second in blocks?

I think people, including myself, have been assuming that your "sources" were better than the average fan.

Thanks for clarifying. It makes more sense now.

I'm certainly not stupid enough to listen to Jordy's radio show. And why the hell are we referring to him by first name only? I bet that's his personalized plate on his Sebring convertible.

It was a joke. Don't be so sensitive. Go reread what you wrote. It didn't come across the way you expected it to.

Jordy coached with Johnny. Pretty sure his info is top notch.

I'm not questioning the validity of the statement at all. Your verbiage was just unintentionally funny to me.
