Really, I don't get it, I can understand kids being interested in other schools because that's part of the process, I went through it myself as a kid back in the late 80's. But for them to be really interested in going there, him and Emery, makes me wonder if Robinson is on his damn job. He should be in touch with these kids all the time and every damn day with shite as simple as a text messsage just to say hi because these kids have really sensitive feelings, especially today's youth with "show me the love and all that". Lol He should be selling Davis, Emery, and Cain on the good benefits of staying home and playing as a unit, thus saving your bodies for the NFL and helping LSU become a champion again. I would scare Emery by telling him Miss State will work you like a mule so much that you won't be any good by the time you become eligible for the NFL, whereas you'll be as fresh as a colt by playing in a tandem with us. But if Davis thinks Georgia is stacked, has LSU fallen in the amount of talent that they keep there. I can't believe that, LSU stays stacked too, but Robinson and Orgeron better get on their damn jobs with these RB's. I think it would be messed up to let one of them go to a Georgia or Miss State.

If it were up to me, TR and Mickey Joseph would be gone yesterday.

True that, I don't really think Robinson wants to be at LSU anyways. I read something awhile back that he was interviewing for a position with someone else. frick him.

We tried to get the NFL to hire his arse, but no one would bite. You really want to hate Alleva? O had Adam Henry lined up to come back as WR coach, but Alleva wouldn't pony up and pay what Henry wanted.

Really?? That sucks, but they'll still get good coaching from former Jacksonville WR coach Jerry Sullivan if he's not too deeply involved in the offense with Ensminger, and he shouldn't be. I think Joseph is in over his head and is a better fit at smaller schools like where he came from at La Tech. But I'm just tripping off of Georgia's recruiter, he's already brought in some of the best RB's in this latest class, but he wants to have them like 5, 6 deep by signing a couple of LSU's or I'm sorry LA's best RB's. Tyrion Davis is underrated imo and that UGA recruiter knows it, he's a 5 star RB imo with that combiantion of size, power, and speed.

Joseph has the job simply because of his last name, and to appease the New Orleans area coaches. When Juluke was fired, they threw a fit, and wouldn't play ball with LSU unless they had one of "their guys" on staff.

Yep. Those 2 are the weakest links of the coaching staff.

He seems like a horrible recruiter. Hope O is compensating somehow.

Diff between him and Mickey money

Than can we fire Mickey, and get Tony Hull as running back coach. Since he can recruit?

Curtis Johnson was actually the first choice. O almost had him too, before he decided to go back to the Saints after Morton left to go to the Jets as OC. That would have been homerun hire as WR coach. And yes Adam Henry was rumored to be next in line that is true. Mickey is only paid like 170K, it isn't much at all.

I like this idea! I'm not sure that Robinson couldn't be valuable in AL though? Mickey can go ASAP. We need some guys who can recruit OOS more. Of course it's kinda tough for anyone to get who Bama really wants. We can play ball with Auburn somewhat but at this point Bama is just a machine. We honestly need to beat them a couple years in a row and a good butt whipping wouldn't hurt at all. This damn hump is a bitch.
