Does he have interest in LSU? Have they spoken to him about a possible offer?

I can’t speculate as to what they do and don’t like. They might just have more higher rated guys above him.

I think they are looking for longer and faster lineman, not the maulers Les Miles recruited. They have not offered Andrew Shofstahl of St Paul’s who has the same build and great tape.

I posted the pic just to post this here. Kid next to Ty is Dylan Berrymon, 4 star Texas commit. It is always crazy to me when people get caught up on measurements and dismiss kids. I think Ty’s big enough to play interior OL at a very high level.

How do you idiots come up with this shite?

There’s been plenty of guards 6’5” or taller in the NFL. It’s not impossible to play guard at that height.

#22 for WM, Christian Ponti, has been a power house at FB. Does Ponti have any offers?

How about the Thomassie kid from Catholic High he’s like 6’5” pushing 300. 3 year all state starter at LT who last I saw was a top 10 in state prospect and his dad was a Tiger going to Stanford because BK was too lazy or shitty of a recruiter to get him on campus in his own backyard. Not sure why pass up on an instate kid with upside when our OL is hot garbage.

I had the same question about Thomassie earlier this year, he has a huge upside, he is very smart, and he has obvious ties to LSU. I think he dropped weight for basketball in years past, so he was undersized, but not anymore.

How do you pass on him? How do you pass on a sophomore that stonewalled a 5 star commit a few weeks ago? How do you pass on a mauler playing top talent at WM? All Louisiana kids. More proof changes are needed.

So I should ignore the data from the past 30-40 years of NFL football and D1 college football and just zero in on the limited sample size of LSU’s offensive line this season?

No thanks

That approach over the last 4 yrs has gotten the running game looking like dog shite.

I want to see this offered by the end of this week. If not, Woody needs to take over recruiting decisions.
