I don't understand how this could happen. I facebooked the shite out of this kid and he is still going to Auburn? I told him that he could be part of the LSU family and that we would look out for him. I told him I was his #1 fan and that I would always be there for him in BR. This is so confusing?!?!?!

Sad. So very sad.

I believe the facebooking stuff was a joke because of the Auburn facebook page.

I have no issue with Reed. Wish he would come to LSU, but he has NOT done anything wrong. I wish him well (except against LSU)

True.

At least he didn't pull a J. McKnight or J. Jackson on us.

Out of our commits, five backcount towards last year and Clark is a lock to grayshirt.

Well, the kid did stick with his word and that shows class. BUT, he burned his bridges in Thibodaux and LA.......may not be fair but his time in T-town is over.

He will get a lot of shite until he leaves, and when he loses to LSU, the folks down there are going to enjoy rubbing it in his peeps noses.

I don't make jabs, but forecast how the reaction will be. I truly think it is really on LSU for not going after him as they should have.

Ross is right about the 5 cakcounters.Grayshirts still count against the 28 if they sign. The rule is loi's signed. In Auburn's case the 5 backcounters allow them to sign 33.Any over 30 will have to grayshirt or not qualify.LSU has 29 with 1 backcounter. Therefore we are looking at 3 guys that will either grayshirt or not qualify.

I agree it's not fair but it is what it is. Good luck to him and the rest of his future in the state of Alabama.

Well at least Trovon did it with class. He gave the in-state school a visit when he probably did not have to. At least he was not a primadonna like Mcnight and Janzen, and I wish him the best except when he plays LSU.
