At this point, we need to compile a list of all white wide receivers who have played in the NFL in the last 20 years:

Quinn is a bigger, speed type WR. I think he compares to a guy like Jeremy Maclin, pretty well.

Dude last played in like 1978. That's the difference.

Great post TampaTiger22, and I agree, I think this is what he would want. Anybody who knows Trey knows that HE is color blind, loves and highly respects his teammates regardless of what they look like or where they come from, and probably does not like the focus on skin color. Are there stereotypes, OF COURSE. Has he had to overcome them from college coaches, Recruiting websites, fans? You bet! But he is happy just being a small part of something WAY bigger than himself, and it may look like Clark Kent on the outside, but he is an intense competitor on the inside that embraces helping teams win games!

4 pages and no Riley Cooper comparison?

Kinda reminds me Jordan Shipley come to think of it.

TQ reminds me of Victor Cruz 6 ft - 206 lb - 4.37
similar in size, speed, and runs crisp routes with natural separation.

Should I save myself sometime in this thread and assume that TQ is being compared to every moderately fast white receiver out there?
Posted on 1/16/14 at 10:18 am to tadelatt
Geezus! White folks comparing white folks because they are white folks.
He reminds me more of Randall Cobb than Nelson if you are going to pick a Packer. Sorry if that offends anyone.

It was arbitrary and several were past it, but I was trying to keep it fairly recent. Still, adding him doesn't take away from the point.

Honestly, he reminds me a lot of Devery Henderson

Like someone said, let him be his own man.
I think he will at least grown another inch, most do once they get in a college weight program and start lifting as heavy as you do as an SEC athlete.
I actually like the Jordy Nelson comparison. Jordy CAN go up and get it better than TQ can right now, but that isn't all Jordy does. Jordy finds space as well as any wideout in the league, and he doesn't have an insane 40 time but it seems like he can really turn it on sometimes (probably in part due to DBs expecting him to run a slant or post every time).

Dude, he's like 6ft and the frame to be a little over 200.

Probably the only good comparison I've ever seen on this board
