Just cause A&M has Johny's football,
Doesn't mean sh**
He will compete daily against a lot more wr's there

We do have 2 nice qb's in this class,
If he comes to LSU and can catch balls thrown, he will get the rock.

Yeah I always forget about Byrd. Did he ever get back on an NFL team after the whole Am I gay/Justin Beiber incident.

I don't know who a BlackJack poster is or what not, but you guys should stop Falling for his trolls.

He's all over TexasAgs boasting about him trolling the hell out of this board. Pay no mind.

It is hilarious to me that most of the recruiting guys on TexasAgs are basing their chances on the game in BR this year. Basically saying if A&M wins, they get all the recruits. Morons.

Well, we had plenty of people saying that the outcome of the LSU-Bama game would determine where Landon Collins played, and I promise you'll see a similar thread this fall about LF, so we definitely have our own similar morons.

No! The Quinn family is LSU. I see a bright and shining purple and gold uniform and future for this fine young man.

They are very short term thinking.

1 year in the SEC = #1 team in Texas.

10 wins= #1 team in the country, #1 recruiting class next year and forever years thereafter.

1 cotton bowl win = better than Texas Longhorns forever, LSU on the decline because they lost their bowl game and A&M didn't

#1 good recruiting class = top 10 defense next year ( in reality they have maybe ranked inside the top 50 once in the past 10 years)

Haven't you seen the articles? A&M is the new "cool" school to go to.

The public reaction from this one season gives them every reason to believe that just winning games makes a difference in recruiting.

So if they keep getting the attention they got this year by winning games then hell yeah they'll probably tear it up.

But the only way I see them getting as much attention is if they win more games. Will they win more games? Maybe, but they are still working with the 3rd most talented team AT THE LEAST in the SEC West alone. The only catalyst is Johnny Football, will he have a better or worse year?

I only say he goes down simply based on the fact that he did have a REALLY good year and its very hard to duplicate those numbers AND the A&M offense will only get worse next year with the key offensive line and WR losses and no recruit is going to instantly replace the production of Swope and Nwachukwu, and a top 5 pick, and they are being incredibly biased if they say they'll be the same or better on offense. There was no system in place, Johnny Football was the system, and we hardly even know if A&M knows what they're running because JFF got them out of so many situations. So if he gets stalled, then we will really see if the personnel matches the chatter.

I haven't seen this posted yet:

"I asked Quinn's father if he would attend junior day this weekend at LSU and he responded that they were considering it, but they are "already sold on LSU." He said if they were to come, it would be to visit with coaches."

I think he ends up here too, I was just wondering if that was a recent article.

After LSU offered him, his dad pretty much said he was gonna commit pretty quick but I guess they backed off and wanted to let it play out. Just wondering if that was an old quote or a recent one.

That was posted on GeauxTigerNation by GaryLaney 3 hours ago. I didn't want to post the whole article since it may be considered a pay site.
