If I'm not mistaken, he started at LSU, transferred to Oklahoma, transferred back to LSU, now transferring again. How is that possible?

He's a "sophomore". So he has time to sit out. Though he's been in college for 4 years so theoretically he could be able to graduate. But likely applying for a waiver and sitting out.
