Get ready for bama fans/news outlets to start pimping stories that Tony Brown will be there. Just saying they're gonna start saying they think they get him.
I can not WAIT to see the spin BOL puts on these visits.

They have never lost a recruit, so if TB decides to come here, Bama backed off.
I hope that's sarcasm.

and some LSU sites do this too. You've got to try to read through some of the 'great visit' bs.
Yea, when is it not a good or great or solid visit?

I'm so glad his one allowed in-home visit is over with LF and Brown. Now we wait until he swings back by for another as the head coach of Texas.

To be honest, I've always considered tOSU more competition for his services than Gumps

Saban made stops in NOLA, Houston and Beaumont yesterday. I'm curious as to who he visiting in the Houston area.

He heard the Texans needed a head coach and wanted to see what they were offering.

Bama commit LB Zach Whitley from Galena Park North Shore

Tony didn't seem all that enthralled as the Fox News ppl did. He basically was saying "yeah it's cool that coach Saban came to my house, and he's famous etc., but I worked my arse off for this. So my hard work did this, and I know that is the key to w/e happens."
^ Great perspective on it.

Brown is way too serious about track to choose OSU bet LSU of even A&M. In fact we took Ohio state's best assistant in track this past offseason

No way in the world Tony is going to Ohio State. His dad is still recovering and he will stay reasonably close.

Starting rumors is easy when 'tards are sitting around doing nothing but waiting for some catastrophe to get excited about...lol

Well, let me be clear (since I'm being accused of starting rumors), I only said I thought tOSU was more competition than Bama. The only real competition is TAMU. If y'all want to stretch that into me saying "he is leaning tOSU" go right the hell ahead. Just don't say it's me starting the rumors with your extrapolations.
And the whole point of my post was to point out that there's several more visits to come beyond Saban. Instead, y'all chose to focus on the tOSU comment. By the way, Mack Brown will be visiting soon too. Oh, and he's probably taking another unofficial to TAMU before contact period ends too. But by all means, lets focus on tOSU.

Local coverage
Saban has his script A pin on.
TB said they discussed early enrollment and what he Would expect from him and how that fits with track. TB said this is all just part of being a 5* recruit and its a big deal having someone like saban comes to your house but he reiterated that its part of being a high profile recruit.

I winder if Saban told him he was going to texas and to be ready to stay home. LMAO!

Beaumont is an A&M/LSU city. Not too many of their kids go to Texas. I saw him play and he is awesome. I hope he joins his sister at LSU. His family would really appreciate not having to split their time and BRLA is 3 hours on I-10.
