Please tell us these backup prospects we signed at the positions we processed kids at?

Are you serious?

We were stacked at the wr position until last minute two ditched on the early day signing period

There were other rbs higher on the board than Bradford, its been talked about for a few months.

And we were set in the secondary until early signing period when a few were processed or looked around
The guys that signed today were never go to be a part of this class if staff kept the players that were already committed a few months ago

So we didn't process anyone at this position

There were 2 higher
1 is a total flake and a headcase and nobody know where he's going to sign or if he will be eligible
2 was already committed and signed with original team

Lorando Johnson might not be eligible so can't sign him and we didn't need another pure corner so Burns got cut

With 25/85 you can't afford to sign someone just to do it or to make your ranking look better

Sounds like you don’t know what you’re saying. The two wrs weren’t processed so they are irrelevant to your commit. We also did not process a RB so they are irrelevant as well. You need to go back and read your statement.

Maybe he's talking about an OLB
Maybe he wants someone more ready to play than Cooper
Maybe things changed after both Queen and Phillips declared for the draft
Maybe things changed after Starks got arrested
Maybe he totally regrets not signing Cooper early.

You’re right. You’re a poor poster

I don’t give a frick if I’m a poor poster but facts are facts. No excuse for Major Burns not being in this class. Maybe next year we can fill the class

I'm going to laugh my arse off if Burns doesn't do what so many of you are acting like he will do. My God LSU is still loaded at DB and will continue to be.

Now with the space we can at least try to fill immediate needs for 2020, so we can try to be in the playoffs again. Hopefully that includes an experienced LB and offensive tackle.

LSU ver processed a WR or RB, so WTF are you going on about?

I don't know about you but I was sold on Mcglothern after seeing his highlights and how he balled out at the All American game (2 ints and a pick 6).

247s bullshite ranking on him kept him from being a top 200 recruit.

How slow are you, like really? LSU is looking for a transfer LB who can be plugged in immediately. LSU will send another three, and possibly four LBs to the top 4 rounds in the draft and hopefully that will entice some guy to want to play his final year here.

Staff still whiffed by not signing 25

We have 22 signed now. We will have 23 if CamRon gets eligible, and there’s still a possibility (however small it may be) that we land Burch. So depending on how the chips fall with CamRon and Burch, that puts us somewhere between 22-24 going into spring.

This means somewhere between 1-3 spots we can use for:
- Transfers
- Late signees/academic risks (see: Justin Jefferson)
- 2021 early enrollees

Considering the momentum from our NC run going into the 2021 cycle, saving a couple of spots wouldn’t be the worst thing.

Seems to me that when you drill down, people are really just pissed that we asked Burns to wait until February. I’ll admit that the staff miscalculated there (assuming the word on the street is correct) but it’s still an amazing class.

And the balance and needs-met score are GREAT as well. Once Coach O gets another OLman, LB, and "best player available" to fill it out, it will be as good as any LSU class ever.

I really think the addition of Dwight McGlothern makes up for this.
