He goes to bama: he gives it his all, saban gets the most out of him and he kills it

He comes here: we have to waste a scholarship on his undeserving brother, he’s lazy, takes plays off, ends up leaving as soon as he can go pro.

It really is a no win situation that has played out before. The question is how do we get ourselves out of these situations?

He goes to LSU, kills it, goes pro when it’s best for him, doesn’t give a crap about Saban just like the rest of the players.

Blessing in disguise. He’s not worth two scholarships. Especially when the other scholarship won’t sniff the field. Two scholarships should be held for once in a decade players like LF. And even with LF, Lanard is a nice contribution to this team. He adds value and has been playing well as of late.

Y’all make it sound like we can’t possibly coach this kid up and have him be successful. Only the great lord saban could do that. Gimme a freaking break

With all due respect, frick his brother! Nothing personal, but we should not waste a scholarship on this kid!

Personally I do not mind giving him and his brother a scholly right now if they sign right now. I do not want to hold 2 scholarships till nsd if we are not expecting the brother to contribute and risk losing him anyway. If the deal is we have to hold 2 scholarships till nsd open for him to decide if he even wants to come to LSU, then no.......we should want no part of that.

Is Alabama giving his brother a scholarship? If not and he still goes there I think you know all you need to know about where he wants to be

Everyone writing this guy off is dumb. The guy has the size and ability of a can’t miss guy. You can try to coach motor. You can’t coach talent. Also if the alternative is him going to bama that makes it even worse. The number 2 recruit in the state and a major national recruit. We will lose out on talent and talent gained by bama.

if he won't sigh early we need to forget about him, cause that means we're being played and he's going to alabama. only way he doesn't go is if they don't have room for him. they do have a lot of dlinemen already committed in this class.

That’s one thing. It’s completely different for these idiots to be bashing him and saying we should move on because of his poor effort

Bottom line is if he wants in we make room. If he looks to be playing games we push as hard as possible for the next available DT and get them locked up as soon as possible.

Too little time and too few spots for games.

The kid is going to be a 3 year star and a first round pick after his time at LSU. He will be a Tiger with my gut opinion. Come on over.

Well... scholarships are only for 1 year.

I'd like to see somebody use that just once, in the 100% right situation of course.

Over the years I've seen some players who didn't earn it.

Love your inferiority complex on a potential All American player that has to choose a school that will help him get to the next level. My goodness LSU never sends anyone to the NFL from the DL.

Get a life and quit automatically thinking we are going to loose this battle. IS has a decision to make so let’s let him make it and support whatever that decision may be. Hopefully, it’s the P&G. Geaux Tigers!!!!

If Orgeron can't coach this kid up, Craig Kuligowski doesn't have a prayer...
