Didn’t want this to get buried in page 108, sorry for the new thread. Starting to get annoyed trying to look for updates on who will be on this roster and running into this bitch fest about whatever the frick. Politely asking anyone who is posting about things other than this to stfu. Thanks, and Geaux Tigers!

We also need get rid of that stickied men's basketball recruiting thread at the bottom of the page dating back to our last "coach."

Then I can stop checking it every day for new posts.

No, this is a good idea to start this thread.

Also, I hope the coverage will include when each individual international recruits have been confirmed to be eligible for the 2026-27 season.

They are expected to all be eligible as of now.

For those that want to see what these international guys look like...I've tried to find their best and most up to date highlights. I've watched as many videos on them as I can find. Their numbers may not look amazing because of lower minutes, but they are very good/great players and like most international guys, seem to space well and make good decisions.

1..Brice Dessert Euro Tape - LINK - a big guy who positions himself well on offense and defense. He's smooth around the rim on offense and is a decent presence on defense. Likely wont be star or starter, but extremely useful and will play plenty.

2. Marcio Santos is a BRAZILIAN BEAST ?? 2025-26 Highlights - YouTube -LINK - He can finish around the rim. I think we'll get more out of this guy than people realize. He's athletic and can hit when open. Possibly a starter.

3. Saliou Niang is an ATHLETIC FREAK ?? 2025-26 Highlights - LINK - This guy can do it all. Jumps out of the gym. Day 1 starter. If he gets the minutes, it wouldn't shock me if he led the team in rebounds from the 2/3 position.

4. Michael Ruzic is TOO SKILLED for His Size ?? 2025-26 Highlights - LINK - He can do it all. Great passer, shoots 3s, dunks, blocks shot. Starter day 1 and possibly our offense revolves through him.

Hunt Palmer put out an article a couple hours ago that hits on basketball, football and baseball. The basketball part, while vague, hints at some new names to surface in the next few weeks.

My impression is that Dessert is most likely a starter and Santos a spark offensively off the bench but not long minutes at a time due to poor D. Hunt going out on a limb. Of course new names will come up over next few weeks as we will have to add a few more names by start of school
