On3 has him as a 4*. But whatever you would like to cherry pick to whine about.

Some of you folks haven't figured out this star game is like 70% a racket yet?

There is a very good chance that he rises in the rankings.

The coaches really like him. Can we refrain with the 3* crybaby shite.

Shows he visited on the 10th. If he worked out and earned a commit-able offer, I’d rather take that than a top 15 wr that hasn’t stepped foot on campus yet. Shows him visiting Texas tomorrow, wondering if that still happens.

Is it?

The most consistent top 5/8 classes between Bama, UGa, OSU, OU, Clemson have been pretty damn good during the CFP era.

Maybe 30%.

Do you really not think the odds a player is great are much higher the higher they are rated?

Last years top 10 NFL picks:
Five star: 6
Four star: 2
Three star: 2

There were roughly 60 high school Five stars in that draft pool, and thousands of Three stars

Clemson won their championships without top 10 classes, once they (experts) started ranking their commits higher, the losses went higher— DJ U #1 QB bust??

He should end up a 4 star, he is dangerous after the catch and has very good speed on tape.

I agree to a certain extent but these are stars and rankings after a 16 or 17 yr olds junior season. These rankings change pretty dramatically in the next few months based on numerous things…If he’s 6-1 190 he’s probably a mid 4 even if he can’t catch the football.
