His handler is Kenyatta Watson. Found out the hard way about Watson. Guy is a cancer. Holds himself out as someone that helps kids, but is a giant scumbag and fraud. Leveraged his own son to put 50k in his pocket. Not in his sons pocket, but his own. People associated with Grayson know him. Dude is shady and will be looking to make money off Morris.

Looks good. But, barring any suspensions coming at him (which is possible due to what's happening at UT right now) he certainly misses one year after transfer and we don't have many schollies left.

We have PLENTY of scholarships available. We don’t have 25 man spots for the year left. However, I would be interested to know if it matters if Morris sits out a year. You only count against the 25 if you are immediately eligible. What if you pass on using the one-time waiver or can’t use it? Transfers didn’t count in the past. Has that changed any with the impact of one-time waivers?

If Morris could be had as a transfer without impacting this year’s 25, you absolutely take him. He could slot right in after we lose several O Line starters after next season.

This guy is good enough to play in Sunday’s. Maybe MoTown or Philly.

Schools like Michigan and Iowa etc are really going to clean up this year in the portal.

Good position coaches - especially at o line - and they are pretty clean.

It would honestly be a good destination for a lot of these kids.

Good school, inviting depth chart.

Why would he miss a year? NCAA approved all kids immediate eligibility with 1 transfer

I think he meant that the NCAA might suspend him for a season if improper benefits were proven. Not sure how likely that is, though.

All transfers count against the 25, we just haven't taken transfers very often. I believe the last regular transfers we took were Moss, Giles and Fehoko in 2017.
