I was really hoping to see what they could do with Provens last year because he’s very good in the open field with the ball in his hands, a natural playmaker. Now with Emery and Davis on board I can’t see a path to Provens seeing the field. What does everyone think about his future with the team? Transfer?

He will have competition in the slot with Chase, Dillon, Palmer and Giles. I figure our starting outside receivers will be Jefferson and Terrace Marshall Jr.

If he can't get into the rotation at RB, which is doubtful, I think you got a Bingo there. Nice to have that kind of depth and talent at a position. Now O needs to do the same all across the board.

Giles can’t transfer he doesn’t have the eligibility left. This is his last year.

Why give up on Provens? We haven't even seen what he can do. Not every single player who doesn't have immediate success as a true freshman is a bust. Greedy Williams took a redshirt. Patience boys. Patience.

If he's good enough to play then he will. If not then it's in his, and our, best interest that he move on. Not now but after spring or maybe next year around this time.

He should be set to graduate in the summer and would be eligible to grad transfer and be eligible immediately if I'm not mistaken.

He’s supposedly put on some good weight during his first year in the weight program. He got to sit back during his redshirt year and learn the college game. At minimum, he should be a contributor on special teams this year and make an impact on offense in 2020.

Slot receiver or defense. Kid is an all around athlete - unfortunately there just isn't a lot of demand for that. Would like to see him get looked at in the return game.
