You can't hide good and you can't hide bad. No matter if you throw the javelin, a football, or a baseball, the cream always rises to the top and is evident. For LSU to see this kids obvious talent is no big deal, and no different than noticing anything that is unusual.

SAS is a blowhard...

I once saw an 8th grader that everyone assumed was D-1 material... Of course then he never hit a growth spurt, grew outwardly, work ethic sucked.... But boy in 8th grade he was a man among boys....

Amazing what can change in 4 years, should have offered a 6th grader, more potential for development. Of course more than a few in this thread laughed and bitched when USC did this and now it is ok because it is LSU lol
