Sopsher in line for a job in La. with me and Ed Alexander, and Ed Alexander gets it plus he gets a company car.

What if Sop has a 4.0 and Ed can barely put a sentence together in the interview?

Are you really gonna risk your business cuz of where this kid went to school?

If Ed is challenged then they'll give him a chauffeur too, but Ed would need to win a championship.

this stupid arse shite. no wonder we lose players to out of state programs every year. it's obvious to them most people don't actually care about them, they only care about how the player can help our team. those kids are thinking, 'nope. they don't really care about me, so I better care about myself'.

This line of thinking is fricking stupid. A large corporation will hire him if he’s qualified. They won’t give a shite that he left La to play football in Alabama. Not everyone in La lives and breathes LSU football.

fricking this. Talk about small time, backwoods thinking.

I do believe the OP’s post meaning was something along the lines of...what’s easier providing ur college/pro career/s don’t work out, get a job in LA ur home state where u attended and fought for ur home state school, or getting a job in Gumpville where after they use u for ur talents for their personal enjoyment then they have no ties or use for you? I’m a successful small business owner and I can tell u from my own perspective that if 2 equally qualified candidates showed up, let’s say D White and for funsies Sopsher (taking into account the writing on the wall is correct and he’s a full blown Amite Gump), there’s no question who I hire. If D White is underqualified, hell he still gets the job. If he’s vastly underqualified, then I hire neither and go with the guy in the horn rimmed glasses from Tulane LOL

Sopsher just tweeted about his brother and how he can’t wait to play with him at the next level.

Not sure what all that might mean,

I recently went out of my way to pave the way for a former Tiger football player to get access to our clients. If I get that call from a LA guy who went to Bama you can bet he’ll get a different reception. My nephew is a well-known former LSU baseball player. He’s in sales, and I assure you doors open for him. Sure, they can find that in Alabame, but that means they have to live in, yeah, Alabama.

Thank you sir.

Supposedly, Bama is cooling on big Ish. That may be why he tweeted that. Maybe they don’t have room, but one of their coaches was recruiting in Louisiana and told a coaching friend of mine they aren’t pressing for him.

I’ve emailed them. Naw it’s just funny seeing a bunch of grown men making these comments just because he might not go to a school they never even graduated from. Ish can come to Bama, get developed, and never have to work in LA. Win/win for everybody it sounds like.
