Anyone committing to CU will probably be back in play before next season is over.

We have had some recent guys from Lafayette that lacked the proper amount of chest. We need to stick to our proven recruiting bases until they prove themselves

I do t see the problem with this statement.

I’d like a fence too.

Main reason: they are more apt to stay vs transfer.

Also, they understand our rivalries better. That’s important.

Would suck to see the top DB 2 years in a row leave the state but I'm not going to panic over it right now. I'd rather lose him now than in December. Going to be tough for them to keep him, imo.

Why you saying Colorado can't cash checks? Colorado has money and can put together a strong nil program. No reason they can't. Every state has its positives and negatives but a lot of people like living in Colorado.

The kid wants to play offense and he’s been promised a chance to play both ways.

Let me know what he does on signing day. Right now he’s caught up in the prime time hype and “disrespect” “unwanted” mindset

Why because we had a kid choose to go to CU to play for Deion? It’s gonna be fine folks. Yeah we would all like a fence up around Louisiana, but that’s just not gong to happen. Top players from AL, GA, FL, etc go other places every year. Sadly not every kid wants to play for their home state. Just how it is.

With NIL I think the days of any school throwing a fence around a state are over. We're talking about 17 and 18 year old men. And every school is dangling $.

raid Louisiana , year after year, like Saban has.

This doesn’t happen. It’s a often repeated urban legend.

Saban’s track record in Louisiana is actually pretty bad, especially over the last 5 years or so.

Then why are there rumors out there that they can’t even pay “Coach” Prime what they promised him?

There’s also a big difference is having money and being willing to spend it on college football. If it was just about having money, no school could even come close to competing with trans like UCLA or USC. There’s more money in those surrounding areas than all of Texas.

ROFLMFAO

It’s one kid who is decent but nothing spectacular. It’s also at a position that has thousands of decent players who can play it.

That’s true Skill position players are a dime a dozen but, the OL CBK is building doesn’t just come along like he’s positioning us right now Will C, E Jones, Z Heard , DJ Chester these are foundation pieces to make u Elite.

So we’ve reached the “he’s not that good anyway” acceptance phase.

He’s referring to the Colorado AD who admitted that they still didn’t quite have the funds to pay Deion his salary.

Miller will turn out to be a bigger lost than Johnson.
