So on Vol....

-He knew Rak could flip and alluded to that.
-Burton calls the night before/ morning of and says he is locked in....so Vol reports it.
-Evan...f that dude, can’t blame Vol for that drama queen
-Burch- looks like Vol was right along and Burch did want LSU.
Was dead on for Dumervil/Webb.
Anyone doubting this guy was wrong and we could really use his info right now...Vol...I think a lot folks here let their emotions get the best of them and wish you would return as well. Please come back Vol!

Lets be honest, with things panning out the way it did in recruiting fans were gonna be mad regardless. Had it been a fantastic day he would be back to being proclaimed the messiah. People need to just let things play out, its gonna happen the way the universe intended and there is nothing on that board that can change it.

Anyone that can’t see this as fact is foolish. Nothing in recruiting is absolute. It’s pretty obvious he’s being fed into from the staff as they get it. Obviously it’s going to be a little slanted towards LSU most of the time because our staff is a confident bunch

Vol needs a break.
I surprised he put up with the shite as long as he did. The fact is, there is a shitload of aggay and gump alters herr stinking up the joint, not to mention an ever increasing number of "those" LSU fans.

It’s funny how that day went, we got Doom, then Webb. Everything was looking like a big day for the Good guys, then Rak flipped and the whole bottom fell out. I don’t blame Vol, it’s recruiting it happens. We got a top 5 class with the only real need at RB. We put this same kinda product on the field next year then we should have another Top 5 or greater class.

I thought Vol reported that Rakim was told to take a hike because Burton made it a requirement. It seems like that post was deleted.

Don't know if he was an actual insider or not but y'all gotta stop begging for random internet people to talk to you. These types of threads are going up almost daily and it's really sad. He said he would come back after NSD. If he does cool. If he doesn't cool. If you really need info you can find most of what he said on a pay site. That's not a knock on Vol, btw. I don't remember this. Can you explain? I heard Jarrett talk about not trusting the coaches, but don't remember him or Vol saying anything about them forcing his hand.
I remember him saying Burton said he wasn't signing if we signed Jarrett, so the coaches picked Burton and got burned anyway. I don't buy this story at all.
I know he wasn't the only one telling this story, though I think it's possible it was spin from a legit source.
