How do you know? Is it because some media member(likely through his agent) throws his name out there? Haven't we learned that the media lies yet? Or that most names on these lists are negotiation tactics? Story as old as time. We can only hope one of these schools are dumb enough to take him off our hands. Is it possible that he has what it takes to be an OC at a major college, but he doesn’t have the QB to run the type of plays he’d like to call? I like Nuss, but he’s not a threat to run, so that puts a limit on play calling.

The defense can focus on the RB for runs and bring the house on throwing downs bc the QB isn’t a running threat. That leads to early throws and bad decisions. It can also put you in long down/distances. I say give him a shot with a QB like Underwood and then make a change if needed.

All good coaches change their offense to fit the personnel they have, this excuse that Sloan needs a running QB to have an effective offense is bullshite. If he was worth a shite he’d be able to adjust his offense this year to fit a pocket passer. That’s the difference between good coaches and average coaches

Even if all these is true it does not excuse his predictable calls like second down runs right after an incomplete or signal to a defense what you're running when you make personnel adjustments. He's not a good OC I don't care if he had Jayden Daniels back there who definitely would make him look better than he is.
