No offense to the kid, and my opinion ain’t worth shite, but I’d love it if some of these kids who went OOS despite having an LSU offer would be told no.

Exactly right. It's as if some think we've got highly ranked DTs(or any quality ones for that matter) knocking through the door to join the team. I don't know if Washington has developed or if even worth a conversation but dismissing him entirely because of some sense of state pride is as ridiculous as the said state pride. The state of Louisiana gives no fricks about any of the people that have, do or will live there. Why show THAT much loyalty to a place that doesn't reciprocate?
