5-star DL Jahkeem Stewart … The official visit once planned to Ohio State for this weekend’s Michigan game is no longer on the schedule. There’s buzz around the Buckeyes being out of the mix, and – at least from the national analysts – the same goes for Oregon. Southern Cal landed a wave of On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) picks over the past week, but where does LSU sit? The Tigers are lurking here. Stewart quietly made a visit to campus this past week, per sources, and the ongoing conversations between the two sides leave LSU sources feeling that it’s not completely done just yet. We’ve already seen how quickly Stewart’s recruitment can shift, which means I’m not counting out the Tigers down the stretch. I might move my On3 RPM pick before Wednesday, yes. But, for now, it’s still on LSU until I get more clarity as to where the 5-star defensive lineman’s head is at following a wave of visits for the Louisiana native.

I haven’t logged in over there since the spring. Need to just go ahead and cut it. Disappointed that they seem to not really have any more info that you can find on this board. It’s a bunch of fluff and noncommittal maybe articles.

None of these insiders know anything especially now with NIL and the portal. Best just to look at the program Labor Day weekend to see who is on the team

Unfortunately for guys like Shea the NIL era has made recruiting sites pretty much worthless. Insider info doesn't mean anything anymore.

True. It’s really just about who offers the most money now. Doesn’t matter about schemes, relationships, development, or any of that stuff you used to hear about. Now all you really hear about is NIL opportunities. Pretty sad that it’s turned into pro ball without any of the regulations around contracts, spending or free agency

It was pretty worthless before. These are grown men and women stalking high school athletes and their families for a living. It is quite pathetic when you think about it.
Even worse is they are paid to do this, and people pay actual money for this crap.
You wanna know a better way to help LSU since thy aren't apparently getting enough of everyday Joe LSU fan's money to support these spoiled athletes? Stop giving your money to scam artists like Shea and put it into the "collectives" to just buy these athletes since that is all they are loyal to, and make a difference instead of supporting professional stalkers.

Stewart going to USC is the best move for us at the moment.
1. Keeps him out of our conference
2. That team is trending in the wrong direction and I think the honeymoon ends quick with Stewart in southern california. Not saying he comes here after but this kid screams transfer portal to me.

Sometimes it's the kid. I think Stewart had not made up his mind. If so, then Shea is spot on. Doesn't that make him an insider?
