They didn't dude.

I'll trust the staff and the recruiting class over some anonymous poster that doesnt contribute anything.

Are you suggesting they wanted to miss on Rak and Burton?

Boutte being better than them doesn't make it sting any less.

Boutte being better doesn't take out the sting, losing committed WR's rather than OL,DL, or TE's does. So many WR's with great potential out there, big guys are so much harder to replace.

Jarrett and Burton ran from the competition, if you're a really good player that's sure of your ability you do not run from competition. The best players bring out the best in a person, and I always liked that. If Jarrett thought he was so damn good he would have came to LSU and competed against Marshall and Chase and whomever else for the starting positions. They both took the easy route, and I just don't respect players that much that choose to do that. But whatever, good luck to them, LSU is still loaded at the receiver position.

Yeah I don’t get the feeling that Boutte and Moore are consolation prizes. Getting those out of state guys would have been awesome, but, do we really need to bring in another 4 WRs in this class? We’re already pretty stacked with young guys.

Burch is the guy I’m more bummed about missing out on.

If that leaves spots for more guys in the trenches I’m all for it.

Don't understand why people are so upset over Rak and Burton til the point they are lamenting this recruiting class as a failure. WRs are a dime a dozen.

I feel good about the defensive kids we got. Burch would have put it over the top. Real solid class tho.

Sure it does. One position we can miss on thisyear is WR. More than one great prospect would be a luxury.

Next year we need to restock
