I’m confused. This is supposedly an article predicting our class. But isn’t a prediction that gives Sospher a 35 % chance of coming here a prediction that he won’t be in the class?

Nope, fair question. I was flat wrong on that one. It's still early on Sopsher, but we are sitting in as pretty a spot as we can be in going into the season. Ponchy saying we can go ahead and forget about him and the other Amite guys couldn't be farther from the truth. Things went great with Palmer and Lee all weekend at camp, and Sopsher and his family the weekend before was a home run.

Maybe Sopsher’s brother? How good is he? Would he merit an offer independent from his brother? I know nothing about him.

Not a knock on VolTiger (love your info on here) but in fairness...a lot of situations look good. Until they don’t.

Great to hear and I appreciate your insight. I know it's never a sure thing, but it sounds like we are in better shape for Lee and Sopsher than we've been throughout the entire process. I just hope we can seal the deal.

I’ve thought all along it was Sopsher we were in good shape with and Lee was the wildcard. My how things change in recruiting.

No, the 35% isn't for Sopsher alone. He could just be less confident in LSU getting that 3rd DL guy.

That’s Sam. He pumps out info 24 hours a day. Yet most of the time he is simply a recruiting board poster who posts his wishlists and homer dreams with a candid picture to go along with it.

I don’t think that’s fair really. Sam does often err on the side of LSU, but he also actually talks to a lot of these kids which is more than 99% of the people on here.

Just Thomas's camp film is a violent as I've ever seen for guys in just shorts and t shirts. He almost assuredly needs some work getting his body in the right shape for SEC play and quicker guys can probably beat him because of it, but when he gets a good shot on someone it's over. And if he can get you off balance with that first shot he then slams you to the ground.
I you were building the perfect guard, his mentality is what you want. He could definitely be like a Trai Turner who outside of Whitworth, may be LSU's best O-lineman in the NFL today.

I saw the 24/7 crystal ball had another prediction for Sopsher, yesterday. Shows him 95% LSU, 5% Bama....I'm not a premium member, but I would assume the latest prediction was LSU...?
