Losing Ryan would be such an inexcusable loss.

There was never any real smoke here except he’s related to Kevin Faulk and he lives in Lafayette.

Yet another player like Thomas that recruiting pundits just pencil in without any real information.

I wish LSU could get Arnold but he seems to be Florida or Georgia bound.

That doesn't make it any less inexcusable.

Why? What was the point of bringing Woodward home? He learned under the Saban regime at LSU

was it inexcusable that UGA let us pull Ojulari and Gilbert from them? shite happens. It hurts bad to lose him, but y’all should be used to Bama pulling a few big guys out of Louisiana. Saban is willing to do whatever it takes.

Bama wanted Jacobian Guillory, Jaquelin Roy, and Philip Webb BAD. And we got all three.

How come Ole Miss and State do as good or better of a job at keeping top Mississippi kids instate — despite having no shot at having winning programs — than LSU can do in Louisiana?

Probably because you're comparing 2 programs and 50 spots to one program? LSU does better than both programs on their own at keeping in-state talent. If there were 2 SEC programs in Louisiana I'm sure more players would stay.

Only reason I ever thought he may even come here was because of Faulk, other than that, I never seen any indication he wants to be at LSU, BTJ either!! It is what it is, these other coaches will negative recruit against us as soon as they see Lsu slip on the field, I sure hope we can finish with Smith, Foreman, Leigh. If not then this season will not have a good ending,

Gilbert, yes. Ojulari was one of 4 top 100 DE in GA last season and UGA getting none was bad but they got Nolan Smith the year before
ETA: Actually on Gilbert, they got 5 star ATH who plays TE to reduce the sting. We pulling 3 stars for that.

Unbelievable. Anyone close to the situation know the reason the real reason O and staff lost this battle? It’s not like Bama’s secondary has been more than mediocre for several years.

That’s the basics of it

If Bama places priority on him, we can’t outbid them

He already has history of playing for the highest bidder. LOL

Uga didn’t press for Ojulari. His brother plays for uga, I’m sure they could’ve landed him if Kirby wanted him

It was us and Tennessee. Bama didn’t even want him, probably thought he was a tweener

Sage Ryan has a little bit of an arrogant air about him.

Those are the ones that always go to bama.
