He was invited by the state's high school football coaches association to be part of their virtual coaches clinic. So was Sean Payton. Quite a learning tool for all of the state's high school coaches to learn from.

The real elephant in that room wasn't BAMA. It was Texas that was represented by Sarkisian and Terry Joseph. They were both well received in separate video presentations. Joseph will be successful recruiting metro NOLA. Saban averages five 4 star or better recruits from LA per class over the last 5 years. I expect Texas to take a couple of those from Saban this class. They will each sign 2-3 four stars out of Louisiana in the 2022 class.

I would much rather lose high profile recruits to UTa over any SEC opponent. That shouldn’t even be a discussion.

Yea i agree with that(it's better for us to lose talent to a non SEC school)- My point is LSU needs to watch Texas's moves in Louisiana closely because if we don't they will do better than Saban has on average(five 4star or better recruits over the past 5 seasons). I don't want any school coming in here taking our talent. period

I completely agree with you. Sark is going to recruit LA hard and do pretty well here. People are sleeping on him, but they won’t when he pulls some talent from here.
The good news is he’ll probably pull some kids that were looking to leave the state anyway, and more likely to go to Alabama than LSU.

Texas needs to worry about out winning football games 1st. If they go 6-6 this year or 7-5 Sark ain't gonna do that great in LA.
