Well your in luck. According to this guy "there is a sinister storm brewing on the horizon. When the crow flies and the demons rise from the depths there will be a reckoning."

My guess would be Ibieta. I highly doubt he will ever get on the field here.

The writing is also on the wall for Jordan Allen, Rickie Collins, and Kimo.

Not sure why we took Ausberry... but I understand his dad works in administration

In hindsight, wow. You were wrong as frick.

You're right. The fact that LSU has 6-7 receivers right now that are just better or more ready than Ibieta is out of his control.

What is in his control is to recognize the opportunity that will present itself in 2025 when 4 or 5 of those are gone to the portal or draft.

Or he can take a gamble in the portal with whoever tells him what he wants to hear.

Hilton is the real deal, and can get separation. The other 2 “starters” better have strong hands and hops. I see many 50/50 balls coming.

Start with Zach Nagy. Ask him what he sees when Ibieta actually gets a rep.

LSU DB’s will tell you all you want to know about Ibieta. It’s a shame that $ paid to WR means more than ability.

Unfortunately, LSU reputation will permanently impact the decisions of certain skill players.

Reality……..noted. Business decision’s.

Not true. But, decisions based on $ is what we have, so players need to look out for themselves, and he is.

He would rather make our starting DB’s look suspect running with the scout team, then standing around with the traveling team watching guys drop balls and get no separation.

But that’s LSU, it is what it is. It’s a business, and sometimes there is collateral damage.

Right now LSU has a pretty awesome reputation of putting WRs in the first round.

And you think ibieta is getting more separation on the outside?

It’s tough watching good players leave because of $ politics. I get the coaches want to save face with players getting NIL $ to come here, because the investors/boosters won’t have confidence in spending the $ in the future. Like I said, it’s a business.

And yea, he does get the same separation as Hilton. See practice film against 1 and 2’s. Ask those DB’s. It’s not a secret in the locker room about Ibieta’s talent.

Business decisions will be made from both sides. One was made for this week.

The kid is leaving, but it would be nice to give him the ball for wasting the year.
Word is he was solid in practice as always.

The WR room is the walking wounded. If he can't get reps this week, then he needs to leave.

Kelly didn't even mention him among receivers that could step up this week.

You have to be talking about Sampson with nil.

It looks like 17 is getting snaps over him too.

Hopefully he leaves if he really is performing better than Sampson in practice but can't get on the field. Sampson has been disappointing. I still think he has time to make an impact tho.

Why don't you post some of his practice film?

This aged like sour milk. Hilton hasn't played and Lacy has been incredible. Anderson is having a break out year and Daniels was darn good until his injury.
