I really don't know why we continue to 2nd guess coaches decisions about lineups.

1st none of us are at practice on a daily basis.....like the coaches do

2nd we don't really know anything for sure about the health or preparedness of any given gymnast.....like the coaches do

3rd they are hired to do the job, we are not. Therefore I will trust them to do their jobs, make informed decisions as that is what they get paid to do.....unlike us

So I was just sitting here thinking, if you couldn’t go to LSU for gym which school would you choose? I would choose kentucky because I like their program and Tim garrison. What about y’all?

Also Bridget is a bad announcer! She is a great cheerleader though!

Tim is a great guy and he does well for not having a lot of talent.

I'm interested how Auburn having Sunisa Lee next season changes that program. It generally takes a big name to help open the door for a program to grow.

Also forgot to mention earlier, Kaytlyn Johnson has been training and she looks terrific on vault from the training I have seen. Big vaulter, only doing the full I believe but thats gonna be upgraded at LSU easily.

Annie Beard has also been looking strong as well. She is gonna be something for us on beam and floor. You don't see a lot of gyms these days place a big emphasis on artistry anymore.

When all you hear the past few months is how deep this team is particularly on floor.. yea I'm not seeing it right now. I hope they stay healthy.

I think we second guess when we nearly lose to a (well-prepared) generally inferior Arkansas team at home. It just seems there is more potential than what those lineups unlocked last week.

Bingo. Especially after watching other inferior teams get more out of their athletes. Denver just had 11 of their routines come from freshman today, and they looked calm, cool, collected & rocked it while doing it.

Denver had some great E passes on floor. I was very impressed.

Also, Florida may have the best beam team in the country.

I thought it was wild that Iowa State started their year with six 10.0 vaults. Who else besides OU has done that so far since they degraded the full?

So why is the Auburn vs. Kentucky meet so far behind? We better not miss the start of the LSU meet!

They will probably start the meet on the SEC Alternate channel if it runs too far behind. They did it briefly last week

So these bars scores are a little too high for LSU.

Inconsistent scoring.

Dunne has a cleaner routine than Alyona but scores lower, same with Kiya and Dean getting same scores.

With that said bars looked much cleaner.

I’d have to agree. I wish the judges would start ACTUALLY judging the routines for what it is and giving the gymnasts an accurate assessment of what their actual routine score is. Overscoring annoys me so much as a fan, even when it benefits us. At the end of the day though, if we win this meet, so many people will complain about the overscoring who aren’t LSU fans, and while I will agree with them, a win is a win

They were for sure overscored on bars but scoring looked a little bit tighter on vault. I know she took a step forward, but how are you taking more than a tenth on Bryant's vault? She's ridiculously better than anyone else in terms of amplitude and form
